Every order is packed by hand and posted from our workshop in Frankston, Victoria. We currently ship within Australia only.

You choose your shipping option at checkout. All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Dispatch & tracking
Orders are packed and posted within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel ships. Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and can run longer during peak periods or to regional areas.
Returns, faults & damage
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, email us at hello@bushandbarrow.com with your order reference and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem you're entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For change-of-mind returns, get in touch before sending anything back so we can confirm the return address and what condition the item needs to be in.
